A full test build of the machined components ensures everything fits and operates as intended. We can assemble projects designed and produced by us at ARN Design, or components supplied by clients or machined elsewhere.
Where projects require custom elements, we fabricate unique parts or assemblies tailored to the brief. We’ll adapt our approach to suit the needs of structural components, display features or creative elements.
After assembly, we apply finishes such as paints, oils and protective coatings, depending on the project’s needs. Each piece is checked for quality, durability and consistency to ensure it’s ready for commercial use, handling and installation.
We carry out detailed hand-finishing work – including sanding, smoothing and surface refinement – to achieve a clean, professional appearance, important for high-visibility pieces such as branded items and retail displays.
Where required, we apply professional-grade spray finishes or surface treatments to achieve the desired colour, finish and durability.
